Holsky Island
I was sent here, and I have no idea why. Sure, I live on the edge. My rushes keep me going and I just love my rushes. Sure, couple of my friends have died because of those rushes, but they weren’t strong enough to tolerate the lovely feeling.
There is something wrong with this place. I see a lot of people here, ages ranging in thirteen to probably thirty. Maybe we have much in common, but what is this place? What does it have to do with me? If my mommy wanted me to quit my rushes, why didn’t she send me to rehab like she did with daddy? Why was I sent to an island?
Many teens and young adults with substance abuse problems were sent to a remote island called Holsky, named after its founder Mr. William Holsky. Mr. Holsky bought and set up a facility on a small island to help adolescents with their problems. On the campus there are many therapists and teachers that live on the island to help around the clock. To send your child or loved one here cost an extensive amount of money, however statistics say that children who come here have a high rate to actually kick their problems and get their life on track.
What Mr. Holsky never knew was that the island had secrets. Many things turned up missing and soon some of the residents started to go missing. Odd things started to happen; books flew off shelves at people. Some residents started acting strange…
Is all this connected to the island’s past? What else is in store for the kids that are at the island to get better? Will they survive? Will some die?
What will happen to you, at Holsky Island?
