Jun is actually rather short for most males, though it runs in the family. His weight, along with exercising have given him a 'Bishi' like quality, meaning he looks a little more feminine than other males do. His body is lightly toned, quite like a swimmer. His skin has an olive hue to it, like most Asians do, though his is a little on the pale side, due to his father's mixed blood, now rather distant in Jun's own veins.
His eyes are a dark brown with green near his irises. Lucky for Jun, he has 20/20 vision, allowing him to stay away from glasses and contacts, unless colored, and usually by his own choice. He has several colors ranging from simple blue, to a dark purple color.
His hair is a good two inches long, straight enough to be able to not style at all, and leave it how it is. While he might spike a few places on it here and there, he generally keeps it the way it falls for that morning and lucky him, it works out perfectly. Unlike some American's, most Chinese people have straight hair, allowing them to keep it almost as if they had just woken up. However, if he had been tossing and turning, he sometimes has to run a brush through it quickly, but never anything more than that.
Jun's bone structure is the main cause for this 'Bishi' look. He took after his mother, who was a thin, beautiful woman. Therefore, his face is a little thin. Also, he probably won't get any larger in weight than he is now, due to his lucky genetics, so he usually doesn't bother with eating right, though he stays away from that greasy American food.
When he smiles, it's crooked, often mistaken as a smirk, and he has a dimple on that usually raised side. He has many piercings on both ears, running from the lobe, to the very top of his ear, from plain studs, to rings, to bars. They are one feature that he likes most about his body. As well as those, he has a piercing on his tongue, usually the normal barbell kind of piercing, as that's what's most common, and more popular. Currently, Jun has no tattoos to speak of, because he wants to get something that actually means something to him.
Jun usually wears jeans, a t-shirt, a hoody, some kind of converse, his father's watch that doesn't work anymore, and a panda necklace, meant for a girl, that his sister gave him before he came here so that he wouldn't forget that he was Chinese, and would always be Chinese. He doesn't get dressed up often, and it probably won't happen anytime soon. But he'll get a little snazzier when going out, so that he can find a one night stand quicker than usual. Other than that, his wardrobe is full of simple, yet meaningful things, tied together with a certain color, be it red, green, or black.

overall -- Jun isn't one to stay quiet and calm. If you upset him, or made him angry, you'll know about it as soon as it happens. He'll do anything to get the point across that, yes, he was indeed pissed off at you, and then give you an elaborate explanation as to how/why you managed to make him feel like that.
Used to being the player, Jun is rather oblivious to other people’s feelings. If you like him, or hate him, and you don't want to tell him right out, you're screwed. He's completely clueless when it comes to other people’s feelings, which was probably why he left his home in China in the first place, and came to America. It's best to tell him straight out, or he'll never know.
He doesn't really day dream, but he does go into this odd period of time where he simply stares into space, and whatever you say or do, he won't hear or see you, much less register what you did, even if you land a blow to his shoulder. Of course, it isn't as extreme to where if you hit him in his face. Then you've just probably pissed him off.
Unless there is bitterness in your voice, be it you make a snooty, racist comment, or say something that would make anyone else uncomfortable, Jun will probably laugh his ass off about it. Because of his cluelessness, even if you did mean it as an insult, he'd probably mistake it as something you meant to be humorous, which in turn, could piss someone off.
This boy's got charm. His charm comes from his good looks and well rounded personality, looking at his good traits. He could charm the pants off of a male, female, older people or..... Your mom?
Jun isn't patient when he wants something. He won't sit there waiting for his food like other people. He'll eventually yell at people for his food to get there quicker, just to shut his loud mouth up.
Unlike other people, Jun doesn't know when to stop. Be it in a fight, on the brink of OD, close to alcohol poisoning, his body won't tell him to stop. Someone has to stop him, or he'll end up killing himself, or someone else. Then again, who can't take down a 5'4" boy?
Jun is simply out for pleasure. Be it with a man or a woman, he sleeps around, no matter who it is. He's not one to be in a single relationship, but he won't lie to you about it either. It's probably the first thing you'll hear. He's not one to take someone on a date, and he'll have plenty of one-night stands.
Jun is always tired. Or rather, he sleeps during the day, and comes out at night. Nothing's changed this since he left his home, and nothing will ever change it.

history --
The first big thing that happened in Jun's life, was the reason that he's terrified of dogs. Being a retired seamstress, his mother ran a dog sitting business for tourists who had brought their dogs. One day, someone brought over a large dog of many mixed breeds that was taller than the five year old Jun. He had tried to pet it, and be nice to it, but as soon as Jun turned his back, the dog attacked, sinking it's teeth into his shoulder, and causing two large scars running across his left shoulder blade.
When Jun was eight years old, his family decided that they would travel to the sea and hang out there. It was later known that they went to escape bill collectors, and would you know it, it worked? However, they didn’t plan to escape the bills this way. His father was the first one in the water, and getting too deep, not able to swim, he tried to stay above water, and sunk not once, not twice, but three times, before staying under. No one knowing how to swim, they had to watch helplessly on the shore, yelling for him to come back, and that it wasn't funny. Their bills were dissolved due to the fact that their only income was his father's work.
When Jun was fifteen, his mother started to look at schools in America for him to go to. She wanted him to go to Jefferson Heights, but couldn't afford it, so she sent him to the next best thing. However, she got her wish when she heard that there might be a merging of the two schools in the future.
Finally, his last year of school, Jun was able to go to Jefferson Heights, though only because of the merge. His mother was proud, but sad to see him leave. However, his sister gave him a necklace of a panda. Though it was meant for girls, he accepted it, purely because of the meaning behind it:
He was, and always would be - Chinese.

this here application was made by quinn, who is rather impressed with herself for making it. and therefore, it should not be stolen. however, if you ask her nicely she'll probably be so flattered by the idea that someone wanted to use it that she'll surely hand it over. lyrics by wolf parade.
